Fitstop Soy Protein Pancakes

Ingredients

1 serving of Fit Stop protein powder (your choice of flavor)

1 cup all-purpose flour

2 teaspoons of baking powder

1 cup soy milk

1 egg, beaten

2 tablespoons of vegetable oil

*pinch of salt for taste

Preparation

Step 1: Combine flour, Fit Stop protein powder, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl. Make a well in the center and pour in milk, oil, and egg. Mix until smooth

Step 2: Heat a lightly oiled pan over medium-high heat. Pour batter into the pan using approx. 1/4 cup for each pancake; cook until bubbles form and the edges are dry (1-2 mins). Flip and cook until browned on the side. Repeat with remaining batter.

These pancakes are best served with 0-sugar maple syrup (or chocolate syrup) and with fruit toppings.

Fitstop Soy Protein Milkshake

Ingredients

1 serving of Fit Stop protein powder (your choice of flavor)

4 to 6 cookies (or any garnish of your choice)

1/4 cup soy milk

2 cups ice cream, softened

Preparation

Step 1: Crush the cookies (or your chosen garnish) to your desired size. For best control of the pieces, break them using mortar and pestle.

Step 2: In a blender, add the milk and the ice cream.

​

Step 3: Blend until smooth. Add protein powder. Then add more ice cream for thicker consistency, OR more milk for a thinner consistency.

​

Step 4: Add the cookies to mix within the shake. Leave the remaining as toppings

Fitstop Soy Protein Oatmeal

Ingredients

1 serving of Fit Stop protein powder (your choice of flavor)

45g old fashioned rolled oats

15g Chia seeds

100ml soy milk

2 drops vanilla extract

1 teaspoon cinnamon powder

Preparation

Step 1: Combine dry ingredients and liquid ingredients. Stir well to mix ingredients​

Step 2: Properly seal and soak overnight​

​

Step 3: Serve the next day
